From the grapes of our oldest vineyards , this deep and warm wine is born, with a deep ruby ​​red color. From the fruity, extremely long and intense aroma, aromas of ripe red fruits, coffee and tobacco emerge, due to the aging in barriques.

The taste is well structured, harmonious, elegant and round. Its sweet tannins are soft on the palate, long and persuasive. Accompanies red meats and mature cheeses.

WINEMAKING
15 days of maceration and fermentation of the crushed grapes in steel at a controlled temperature. Daily pumping over. Racking, slow and malolactic fermentation in steel. 14 months of aging in barriques , 6 months of aging in bottle.
